My dream job, in case you were wondering, is doing exploratory systems research at the intersection of operating systems, virtual machines and computer architecture, publishing the results, and---if possible---also the source. Since I'm doing that now at IBM's Haifa Research Lab, I'm not looking for work. In case you're curious, though, or have an offer I simply cannot refuse, read on.

I have published papers at top systems conferences, served on program committees, served as guest editor for ACM SIGOPS Operating Systems Review and was nominated an IBM Master Inventor. I have also written commercial and free software, some of which you can find elsewhere on this site. I have contributed patches to the Linux kernel and various other projects.
